The Vitality Exercise Program delivers full-body workouts that focus on strength, mobility, and real-world performance. It’s a ready-to-use solution that helps you train clients (or yourself) effectively without spending hours on programming.
How is it structured?
- This is a 3-year program
- It is divided into quarters
- Each quarter features 4 weeks of training and 5 workouts per week.
- Each quarter is intended to be repeated for 3 months, allowing ample time to build strength, improve mobility, and achieve consistent progress—delivering visible, measurable results without overwhelming clients.
- Year 1 : Quarter 1 : Weeks 1-4 will be released 12/30/24.
- A new quarter will be released every quarter from 2025 - 2027.
Why Full-Body Workouts Every Day?
By training the entire body each session, clients can consistently work on improving essential movement patterns such as lunging, squatting, pressing, pulling, locomotion, vertical motion, reaching, and lifting. These movements are the foundation of daily activities—like bending to pick something up, reaching overhead, or walking with stability.
Focusing on full-body training every day not only creates a more functional and resilient body but also ensures that no muscle group is neglected. This leads to better balance, improved coordination, and enhanced performance in everything clients do both in and out of the gym.
